People are saying that BYU Vocal Point’s captivating performance of this song is the greatest they’ve heard thus far.

If you prefer acappella performances where you can hear the singer’s pure voice, you will love it even more.

For nearly thirty years, the Vocal Point ensemble has been a part of the music industry. Students from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, founded it. It has nine rotating members who have performed frequently, put out multiple albums, and won accolades throughout the years.

“With inventive arrangements, humor, and remarkable vocal percussion, Vocal Point continually invigorates audiences and generates fans,” the group states, describing what they do best. They currently have over 520K YouTube channel subscribers.

Over 10 million people have viewed both their interpretation of Josh Groban’s song and the captivating scenery-filled video.

I find myself transported to a completely different universe while I watch the video repeatedly while listening to them sing. I have no doubt that it will make other people feel the same way.

Jantzen Dalley leads off with a flawless first line, followed by two more group members.

“I was crying instantly halfway through the first sentence:$ This is so beautiful! ❤” is one of the comments given by readers.

The nine singers’ voices meld into perfect unison, and the addition of one beatboxer to the group further enhances the whole experience.

This timeless song was written by the Irish-Norwegian team of Brendan Graham and Rolf Lovland from Secret Garden, and it was first performed by Brian Kennedy. However, it was Groban’s 2003 performance that brought it back into the public eye.

“You Raise Me Up” is a song that has been covered by more than 125 musicians to date.

Additional singers come in as the song goes on. We get chills at this point since the performance sounds like an angelic chorus.
